Give yourself the gift of a morning to connect with yourself and other women to nourish your body, mind & spirit. Nature, Expression, Presence, Nourishment, & Body Care will be some of the themes. Each session will have time in nature, movement, discussion and a creative project. Leave feeling rejuvinated and with tools and gifts that you can use in your everyday life.

APRIL 30 ~ MOTHER DAUGHTER RETREAT
Escape your hectic family schedule for a day to connect, laugh and play! Movement, time outside in nature, art project around defining and blending our differences, mindfulness/breathwork, dance party, make your own lip balm and create matching bracelets. Relax, make memories and have FUN!
MAY 13 ~ RECLAIM & REPLENISH: A DAY RETREAT
Mindfulness/meditation, gentle yoga (no experience needed), time outside in nature exploring essential oils and herbs to shift and transition into Spring for balance and renewal, creative project Break Out: Mosaic Building, and more!
JUNE 4 ~ COUPLES RETREAT
Better than Date Night! Come spend the day reconnecting, making memories and going home with tools and strategies to deepen your relationship at home. Time in mature, delicious nourishing food, creative expression project, activities to promote closeness, etc. Come explore, have fun, laugh and invest in your relationship!
JUNE 15 ~ CALM, COOL AND CONNECTED: PREPARING FOR YOUR IDEAL SUMMER
Attendees spent an evening connecting with themselves and created a plan to experience a summer filled with fun, joy, calm and contentment.
JULY 27 ~ CREATE A VISION BOARD USING THE FENG SHUI BAGUA MAP
Attendees learned how to create a Vision Board (a collage representing their intentions) to manifest their dreams, goals and desires.
SEPTEMBER 20 ~ PERSONAL RENEWAL GROUP FOR WOMEN
Attendees learned strategies and insights for balanced living; how to manage their energy; the transformative power of self-care; and how to reclaim adventures and unleash their creativity.
SEPTEMBER 25 ~ FALLING STILL: A WOMEN’S RETREAT
Attendees enjoyed a day in a tranquil place where they could pause, breathe and connect. They replenished their body, mind and spirit; learned practices to connect them to the essence of who they are; and left inspired and revitalized.
NOVEMBER 6 ~ REPLENISH & RESTORE: A DAY RETREAT
This retreat included mindfulness, yoga, meditation, time in nature, essential oils, whole body skin care for winter and a farm-to-table lunch.
NOVEMBER 29 ~ FINDING YOUR FOCUS AND ATTENTION
Dr. Elise Panza reviewed some great natural approaches to support the nervous system and help find your focus. We covered creating the right kind of study/work environment, using technology so that it helps instead of hinders productivity, eating to calm your mind, and tackling test anxiety.
DECEMBER 6 ~ PRESENCE AND PURPOSE AT THE HEART OF THE HOLIDAY SEASON
Guided tools such as breath work, mindfulness and guided meditations helped attendees identify what is important. Additionally, a discussion and candlelight ceremony of sharing holiday intentions left attendees with a sense of calm, purpose and joy.
DECEMBER 13 ~ WINTER HEALTH: HERBAL REMEDIES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
Taught by clinical herbalist Tynne Love, this workshop taught attendees how to make their own safe and effective herbal remedies, and how to incorporate beneficial herbs into everyday cooking.
