It is finally warming up here in the Northeast. My body is slowly starting to crave smoothies some days. I LOVE smoothies – but just don’t drink them in the winter. Smoothies are easy, delicious and you can add in many things to make them super nutritious! Don’t have time to make them in the morning – put all the ingredients in your blender the night before and just blend in the morning. Or, you can even make them the day before and put them in your fridge. I will be posting a few of my “go to” smoothie recipes below. There are so many add in’s to choose from: chia seeds, flax seeds, moringa powder, matcha powder, coconut oil, maca powder, vit C powder, greens powder, spirulina, reishi, cacao, chaga….the list goes on! I will list some links to some of my favorites!
